In a letter addressed to the UN Security Council the Assembly expresses concern over the fact that Azerbaijan’s military expenses have been rapidly growing over the past 10 years, reaching $10 billion. Member of the Assembly of Authorized Representatives of Azerbaijani Armenians Ararat Tsaturyan notes that they earlier expressed the concern in letters sent out to the UN and the OSCE.
