A delegation of Armenia’s Social Democrat Hunchakian Party, headed by S.D.H.P. Chairman Mr. Narek Galstyan met with the Prime Minister of Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic Mr. Arayik Harutyunyan on April 8, 2016. During the meeting, the Prime Minister emphasized the importance of solidarity of the entire Armenian nation and thanked the S.D.H.P for the continuous assistance to Artsakh.

Mr. Galstyan reiterated the Hunchakian Party position that “Artsakh’s troubles are the troubles of all Armenians, and the Party, with all its branches worldwide, is ready and able to assist Artsakh in any arising situation.”

Mr. Vazgen Sislyan, who spearheads the Council of Freedom Fighters of the Hunchakian party, stressed the need for all Diaspora Armenians to fully participate in the protection of Artsakh.

The S.D.H.P. delegation have been in the Artsakh region since April 4, visiting volunteering Hunchakian Soldiers who are in military positions with the “Yerkrapah” Volunteer Union and NKR Soldiers who have been defending the populace against Azeri aggression since April 2nd.

The S.D.H.P. delegation also consulted with deputy commander of the Hunchakian Great Murad squad and head of the Vanadzor “Yerkrapah” Volunteer Union, Mr. Razmik Madaryan, who is on combat duty with his comrades in arms since the escalation of the recent Azeri aggression, on the needs and wants of the volunteer units and NKR soldiers.
