TURKMENBASHI  – – Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian met in Turkmenistan to discuss bilateral relations, strategic cooperation, and upcoming high-level exchanges.

The two leaders emphasized the importance of maintaining active contacts at the highest political level, expressing satisfaction that these exchanges have contributed to the steady development and expansion of Armenian-Iranian relations.

Pashinyan highlighted the extensive cooperation agenda between the two countries, noting that Iranian companies are actively involved in strategic projects being implemented in Armenia.

Both leaders expressed confidence that Armenian-Iranian relations would reach a new level in the near future. They also stressed the importance of planned reciprocal high-level visits in further strengthening bilateral ties.

Pashinyan and Pezeshkian exchanged views on other matters of mutual interest.
