YEREVAN — Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received Kevin Hamilton, NATO Secretary General’s Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia.

The prime minister congratulated Hamilton on assuming his position and emphasized the importance of Armenia–NATO cooperation and close dialogue in strengthening regional security and stability.

The parties discussed a range of issues related to the Armenia–NATO partnership agenda, including prospects for expanding cooperation and effectively implementing joint programs in areas of mutual interest.

Pashinyan also highlighted the progress of democratic reforms in Armenia and stressed the importance of consistent cooperation with international partners to strengthen institutional capacity and national resilience.

The meeting also included an exchange of views on the regional security environment, current challenges, and ongoing efforts to ensure peace and stability.

Hamilton reaffirmed that NATO values its partnership with Armenia and is ready to continue cooperation in areas of shared interest.
