An unknown criminal in the Russian town of Samara killed Saturday, Armen Sahakyan, an ethnic Armenian, the Russian news website kp.ru reported.
Sahakyan reportedly died of a stab wound inflicted on the chest.
The perpetrator immediately fled, leaving the victim alone. Sahakyan had to catch a car to get to hospital on his own, but reportedly died on the way.
Armen Sahakyan was a student at Samara State University’s law department.
The case is still unsolved. An investigation has been launched to disclose the possible motives leading to the murder. Sahakyan’s relatives have told the police he had no personal enemy. The possibility of burglary is also ruled out as the victim’s mobile phone and money had not been taken away.
It’s noteworthy that murder was committed on the day of the commemoration protest dedicated to Spartak FC fan Yegor Sidorov.
