Khachkar Studios has launched an ambitious initiative that brings institutional transparency and performance excellence to the forefront of Armenian church leadership, introducing data-driven methodologies that challenge existing operational assumptions.

Released May 1, 2026, this world-class template represents a comprehensive approach to transparency, accountability, and performance (T•A•P), supporting Biblically inspired world-class benchmarking and management excellence, the “Framework”. The initiative directly confronts highly destructive, massive systemic misconceptions through systematic analysis and proven management frameworks.

Spanning 23 pages, the template offers four key deliverables: church attendance analytics, financial profile frameworks, the “Framework” and T•A•P principles, and materials for pilot programs. Khachkar Studios independently developed these resources through rigorous study of Saints Sahag and Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church in Providence, Rhode Island, establishing a model adaptable to diverse congregational contexts.

The organization strongly recommends that Armenian leaders engage deeply with the template, the “Framework”, and T•A•P, recognizing that transparency builds trust and confidence throughout religious, government, and business sectors nationwide.

Educational opportunities support practical implementation. Senior leaders and individual church members of all faiths who value T•A•P and the “Framework” can join focused 30-minute Zoom sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 12:00 PM EDT (09:00 AM PDT). Participation requests should be emailed to [email protected] with preferred dates. Selected participants completing sessions receive an honorarium ranging from $100 to $1,000.

Khachkar Studios remains committed to empowering the Judeo-Christian “Faithful”. All materials, including video, slides, and podcasts, are available at www.khachkarstudios.com.
