GLENDALE, CA — The Nor Serount Cultural Association (NSCA) participated in the Glendale Community College Armenian Student Association (GCC ASA) Resource Fair on Tuesday, April 28, joining a diverse group of student organizations and community groups dedicated to outreach and engagement.

Throughout the event, NSCA membership connected with students and attendees, introducing its mission and initiatives while fostering conversations around Armenian identity, culture, and community involvement. The NSCA shared opportunities for students to become active participants and highlighted upcoming projects aimed at increasing youth engagement.

Nor Serount is committed to empowering young Armenians by reimagining cultural engagement. By making Armenian culture accessible, modern, and innovative, the organization seeks to bridge generational gaps and inspire a renewed sense of cultural pride among youth.

“Our goal is not just to preserve culture, but to make it something young people genuinely want to be part of,” said Ellen Vartanyan from the NSCA. “Events like the GCC ASA Resource Fair allow us to meet people where they are and show them that culture can be both meaningful and exciting.”

The resource fair served as a valuable platform for collaboration, networking, and community-building, reinforcing the importance of student-led initiatives in shaping cultural dialogue on campus.
