YEREVAN – During a meeting with U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Alyson Hooker, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan raised the issue of Armenian detainees held in Baku and asked that it remain a focus of attention. The Prime Minister spoke about this during a briefing after the government session.

“I noted that President Trump has publicly committed to working on this issue. I presented what we are doing bilaterally regarding it, and I asked the Deputy Secretary of State to provide information on what efforts the United States is undertaking and to keep this issue in the center of attention,” the Prime Minister said.
