PARIS – Artur Davtyan has won Armenia’s first medal in the Paris Olympics. Competing in the Gymnastics Vault event, Davtyan scored a combined total of 14.966 to win the Silver medal. Carlos Yulo of the Philippines won the Gold with a score of 15.116, and Great Britain’s Harry Hepworth won the Bronze with a score of 14.949.

Davtyan had previously won a Bronze medal in the Tokyo Olympics.
