YEREVAN — A meeting dedicated to preparations for the 8th European Political Community Summit, scheduled to take place in Yerevan on May 4, was held at Armenia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia with the participation of heads of diplomatic missions accredited in Armenia and representatives of international organizations.

During the meeting, Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan provided participants with a detailed presentation on Armenia’s efforts to host the summit at the highest level. He also addressed key issues related to the summit’s agenda and substantive content.

The head of the Foreign Ministry’s State Protocol Service, Gagik Vanoyan, outlined the work already completed and the next steps ahead, with particular focus on protocol arrangements and logistical procedures.

During the discussion, the Armenian side also answered additional questions of interest to participants regarding the summit, including matters related to media coverage and press arrangements.
