YEREVAN — A total of 19 political forces—17 parties and 2 alliances—have submitted applications to participate in the June 7 parliamentary elections.

The Central Electoral Commission has received documents from the ruling Civil Contract party, “I Am Against All,” Democratic Consolidation, Prosperous Armenia, Wings of Unity, Armenian National Congress, Bright Armenia, National Democratic Pole, Armenian Sovereign Party, Christian Democratic Party, New Force, Republic Party, Alliance Progressive-Centrist Party, Reformists Party, Democracy, Law and Discipline Party, Kochari National Revival and Awakening of the Nation Party, and the For the Protection of Democracy Alliance, as well as the “Strong Armenia” and “Armenia” alliances.

For comparison, 25 political forces participated in the 2021 elections.
