YEREVAN — On July 9, Armenia’s Minister of Defense, Suren Papikyan, held a telephone conversation with Iran’s Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics, Brigadier General Aziz Nasirzadeh.

During the call, the ministers discussed international and regional security issues, as well as key topics on the bilateral cooperation agenda.

Both sides emphasized the importance of strengthening stability and peace in the region.
