YEREVAN — The second meeting of the Armenia-Turkey joint working group on the restoration of the historic Ani Bridge was held in Yerevan, Armenpress reported.
During the meeting, the parties emphasized the importance of the protocol on the joint restoration of the historic bridge, signed in Yerevan on May 4, 2026.
They agreed to continue their efforts to ensure the prompt implementation of the signed protocol.
Armenia and Turkey signed a memorandum of understanding on the restoration of the Ani Bridge in Yerevan on May 4, during the eighth European Political Community summit.
The signing ceremony took place as part of the working group’s first meeting on the restoration of the bridge.
