YEREVAN — Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan received Kevin Hamilton, the NATO Secretary General’s Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia.
During the meeting, the parties discussed current developments and future prospects of Armenia–NATO cooperation, as well as a range of regional and international security issues.
Kevin Hamilton also met with Armen Grigoryan, Secretary of Armenia’s Security Council.
“I emphasized the positive momentum in strengthening Armenia–NATO bilateral relations. In turn, Kevin Hamilton highlighted the cooperation developed through Armenia’s participation in NATO peacekeeping missions,” the Security Council said in a statement.
