YEREVAN — France’s newly appointed ambassador to Armenia, Florian Escudié, officially assumed his duties on September 5, the French Embassy in Armenia announced.
Escudié also shared a photograph taken outside the French Embassy in Yerevan, saying he was looking forward to meeting and getting to know the Armenian people.
Escudié was appointed France’s ambassador to Armenia on August 18 by decree of the French president.
Prior to his appointment, he served at the French Ministry of the Armed Forces beginning in April 2023 as deputy secretary-general responsible for analysis and strategy.
