YEREVAN — On July 3, 2026, the Anti-Corruption Court partially granted the Prosecutor General’s Office’s lawsuit seeking the confiscation of property of illegal origin from Armenia’s third president, Serzh Sargsyan, and persons affiliated with him totaling 630 Million Drams (about $1,72 Million).
After the judicial act enters into legal force, the following assets will be subject to confiscation in favor of the Republic of Armenia:
38% of an apartment located on Teryan Street in Yerevan’s Kentron administrative district;
one parking space located on Teryan Street in Yerevan’s Kentron administrative district, in its entirety;
38% of another parking space located on Teryan Street in Yerevan’s Kentron administrative district;
bank deposits totaling 202,998,000 drams, interest accumulated from those deposits totaling 74,716,000 drams, as well as interest calculated on the deposits and the accumulated interest until the date of actual enforcement of the verdict;
and 352,438,000 drams.
