AKHURIK — In accordance with the agreements reached during previous meetings between the special representatives for the normalization of Armenia–Turkey relations, representatives of the relevant agencies of the two countries met on November 28 at the Akhurik–Akyaka border crossing and later in the city of Gyumri, Armenia.

The second phase of technical discussions was held regarding the restoration and operation of the Gyumri–Kars railway line.
