YEREVAN — “We are not the ones doing anything to worsen relations with Russia. On the contrary, we have done everything and continue to do everything to maintain good-neighborly relations,” Ruben Rubinyan said while addressing tensions between Armenia and Russia.
Speaking with journalists at the National Assembly, Rubinyan criticized restrictions imposed on Armenian businesses.
“The unfair and unjustified restrictions being imposed on Armenian businesses are consistent neither with the spirit of Armenia-Russia relations nor with the rules of the Eurasian Economic Union,” he said.
Addressing Armenia’s relations with the Collective Security Treaty Organization, Rubinyan said Armenia is free to decide whether to remain in the organization or withdraw from it.
