YEREVAN — Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received a delegation led by Carey Phillips, president of the AMAA charitable public organization.
The interlocutors discussed issues related to the construction of an educational complex in the enlarged Vardenis community through cooperation between the Government of Armenia and AMAA.
The prime minister emphasized the importance of implementing the project, an agreement on which had been reached several months ago. He noted that the development of infrastructure in the education sector is one of the Armenian government’s priorities.
At the same time, the head of government stressed the need to build the educational complex in accordance with the standards set by the government. Nikol Pashinyan expressed hope that cooperation with AMAA would continue in other areas as well.
It was noted that construction of the 700-seat educational complex in Vardenis is expected to be carried out between 2026 and 2029.
