YEREVAN — Armenia–U.S. relations have reached the level of a strategic partnership, U.S. Ambassador to Armenia Kristina Kvien said in a New Year’s message.

“In 2025, Armenia–U.S. relations achieved greater progress than in any year since Armenia’s independence,” the ambassador stated. “During the historic meeting with Donald Trump at the White House, the framework of our cooperation was outlined—one that will serve as a guiding benchmark for decades to come. Together, we are working to establish peace in the region.”

Kvien also emphasized that new Armenia–U.S. initiatives will be launched in the fields of advanced technologies, energy, connectivity, and security, further strengthening bilateral cooperation.
