Prime Minister Pashinyan Discusses Armenia-Azerbaijan Peace Process with Carnegie Foundation Representatives

YEREVAN — Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan hosted representatives of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, including Garo Paylan, Eugene Rumer, and Thomas de Waal.

The Prime Minister welcomed their visit to Armenia, acknowledged the foundation’s interest in the region, and addressed a number of their questions.

The discussions focused on the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan, border delimitation, the potential for reopening regional transport routes, and the Armenian government’s “Crossroads of Peace” initiative. Additionally, the normalization of Armenia-Turkey relations was discussed.

According to the source, the parties also exchanged views on other topics of international significance.
