RIMINI (News.am) — The premiere of the documentary ”Nagorno-Karabakh: Return of War” by Italian journalist Gian Micalessin took place on Thursday in Nero Conai hall of Rimini city, Italy.

The event was organized by the International Center of Communion and Liberation in the framework of the 37th meeting in Rimini.

Prior to the screening, Armenian Ambassador to Italy Victoria Baghdasaryan, film author Gian Micalessin and Director of the International Center of Communion and Liberation Roberto Fontolan made opening remarks.

In her speech, Amb. Baghdasaryan expressed gratitude to the film author for presenting the truth about the aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh this April. She also thanked the event organizers for closely cooperating with the Embassy and organizing the film premiere.

The Ambassador briefed those present on the history and essence of the Karabakh issue. She stressed that the film not only presents the history of the struggle of the Nagorno-Karabakh people, but also urges not to remain indifferent to the discrimination and violence against people and nations.
