YEREVAN — Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan received a delegation from the United States that arrived in Armenia to discuss progress on the implementation of the TRIPP project.
The delegation included representatives from the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation.
On behalf of the Armenian government, Grigoryan expressed gratitude to U.S. authorities for organizing the Washington peace summit on August 8, 2025, emphasizing that one of the summit’s key achievements was the need for the consistent implementation of the TRIPP project.
The sides discussed and agreed upon several operational and legal issues related to the project’s implementation.
During the meeting, Grigoryan also addressed Armenia’s Crossroads of Peace initiative, stressing both the necessity and opportunities for unblocking all regional communications routes.
