Yerevan has been listed among the world’s top cities with the best nightlife, according to a publication by Condé Nast Traveller, reported by Armenia’s Tourism Committee.
The ranking was compiled by JB Digital Entertainment, which examined safety levels, venue density, affordability, and visitor ratings.
Barcelona ranked first, with 304 bars and clubs—636 nightlife venues in total—per 100 km². The average drink costs about $4.65, and clubs often stay open until 6 a.m.
Paris came second, with the highest venue density and the priciest drinks ($8.15), followed by Tokyo and Prague.
Tbilisi completed the top five, standing out for its high safety and low prices. Bali earned the highest average nightlife rating (4.64), despite having fewer venues.
The cheapest drinks were in Budapest, averaging $2.99.
Yerevan ranked seventh, with 33 bars/clubs per 100 km², 48 nightlife venues overall, and an average drink cost of $3.40. The city is known for its rooftop parties, Wine Street, and lively atmosphere.
