Armenian Language Now Available on PayByPhone Parking App

GLENDALE, CA— The City of Glendale has announced the addition of Armenian as a language feature on the PayByPhone parking app. This new feature highlights the City’s ongoing commitment to inclusivity and accessibility for its diverse community.

“Glendale is home to a vibrant Armenian community, and the addition of Armenian to the parking app reflects our commitment to making city services accessible to all,” said Glendale Mayor Elen Asatryan. “This improvement is part of our broader effort to ensure that every resident and visitor can easily navigate and engage with Glendale, regardless of their background or language preference.”

The addition of the Armenian language feature builds on PayByPhone’s existing support for 13 languages and reflects the shared goal of better serving Glendale’s Armenian-speaking population.

“Glendale has the highest concentration of Armenians outside of Armenia,” said Carmen Donnell, Managing Director for PayByPhone North America. “As a brand deeply committed to the communities in which we operate, adding Armenian to our app was an easy decision. We’re thrilled to support Glendale’s efforts to create an inclusive city experience.”

In addition to its language options, the PayByPhone app offers drivers several convenient features:

  • Start parking sessions quickly without needing to register for an account.
  • Extend parking sessions remotely via the app or wearable devices, such as smartwatches.

Residents and visitors can download the app via the App Store or Google Play, or visit www.PayByPhone.com for more information.
