Armenian Photographer Wins Top International Award

Ashot Poghosyan’s “Dream Minute” photo was named the winner in the “People’s” category at the Moments of Peace international photo competition on September 21 in Czechoslovakia. In 1982, the United Nations declared September 21 as International Peace Day.
A total of 2,594 photos from 34 countries had been submitted for consideration in the “People’s” category.
