NEW YORK — Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian discussed bilateral trade and economic relations during a meeting held on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly.
Pashinyan and Pezeshkian discussed Armenia-Iran trade and economic relations, as well as measures aimed at expanding them.
The Armenian prime minister emphasized that cooperation between Armenia and Iran continues to develop successfully, with joint projects being implemented in various sectors.
The two sides stressed the importance of ensuring peace and stability in the region.
They also discussed other issues of mutual interest.
