Seaside Startup Summit Armenia 2026 Brings Global Startup Community to Lake Sevan

SEVAN — The official opening ceremony of Seaside Startup Summit Armenia 2026 was held on July 26. For the second consecutive year, the event is being co-financed by the Armenian government. The state budget allocated AMD 200 million for the summit in both 2025 and 2026.

Armenia’s Minister of High-Tech Industry, Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, delivered welcoming remarks at the opening ceremony. He emphasized that the event, now being held on the shores of Lake Sevan for the tenth consecutive year, has become a unique platform that brings together people driven by innovative ideas and helps build a strong technology community.

“Hundreds of talented individuals, innovators and startups have participated in this initiative. It is an important program for the Armenian government, which is why we continue to support it with great confidence and enthusiasm,” the minister said.

According to Hayrapetyan, Seaside Startup Summit Armenia is more than a conference. It is an environment where new ideas are born, partnerships are formed and technological solutions for the future are developed.

“I am confident that new success stories will begin here and that participants will leave Armenia and Seaside Startup Summit Armenia 2026 not only with vivid memories, but also with new partnerships, valuable knowledge and ambitious goals,” the minister concluded.

Held from July 26 through August 1, Seaside Startup Summit Armenia 2026 will bring together startup founders from around the world, investors, representatives of venture capital funds and technology companies, mentors, leading industry experts and leaders of the global innovation ecosystem.
