YEREVAN — Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with Sam Simonian, co-founder of the Tumo Center, and Elie Akilian, US-based co-founder of Inet Technologies.
The Prime Minister welcomed their contributions to the country and emphasized the importance of developing Tumo Centers and establishing them in all regions. Pashinyan noted that one of the Armenian Government’s priorities is developing a knowledge-based economy, with a focus on implementing educational programs.
Sam Simonian stated that their goal is to establish Tumo Centers throughout the Republic and highlighted the effective collaboration with the Armenian Government. He added that they are prepared to cooperate further on new initiatives in education and culture.
The parties also discussed strengthening Armenia-Diaspora relations, preserving national identity, and future steps for the development of Armenia’s economy, among other topics.
