LOS ANGELES — The Armenian Bar Association invites its members and the public to a presentation entitled IMAGINE ARMENIA by special guests who are living, working and experiencing the Homeland. The event will take place at on December 28, 2012, at 7:00 p.m., at Atwater Crossing – Arts & Innovation Complex (3245 Casita Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90039.
What does “ Armenia ” mean to you? Is it a place, an idea, a piece of history? Is it a stream of negative news, or a source of memories from a previous visit? Is it “not my Armenia ”, or “our free and independent homeland?”
These questions and many more will be explored and answered.
Join us and Armenian Bar Association member Sara Anjargolian in this town hall discussion as we together plunge into the reality that is today’s Armenia.
The town hall participants have diverse backgrounds and have chosen to engage Armenia for different reasons. Some stayed and some returned. Our aim is to give you a taste of what it’s like to create your own reality in today’s Armenia .
