RA Ministry of Emergency Situations, at a press conference informed the media that the building’s iron-concrete columns show extensive deterioration causing the Mayor of Meghri, S. Hayrapetyan, along with local emergency personnel to order an immediate evacuation of the building’s 125 residents, with 5 residents refusing to evacuate.
